 We have taken care of everything. 80,000 yen includes all utilities such as gas, electricity and water. We have also included wifi and laundry facilities so you can wash your clothes right at home. There is also a security camera installed in the apartment so that you can see who is outside.

An English speaking landlord who has lived abroad and knows what it feels like to have to look for a place in a foreign country has made sure you don’t have to worry about anything. This place is ideal for one person but if you have a partner, 100,000 yen per month will be required.
